While the quantitative data were analyzed by using the application of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21. The qualitative finding showed that the students online teaching competence was very low both of competence in designing lesson plans and online teaching practice before they followed the virtual training. The quantitative finding showed that the virtual training has a significant effect to improve the students where the significant designing lesson plan value (2-tailed) is 0.00 < 0.5 and online teaching competence value (2-tailed) is 0.00 < 0.05.
